Executive summary

One stage for 35 Jordanian companies

The F-ounder Event brings together 35 leading Jordanian companies over two days in Amman, after Eid al-Fitr 2027. Each company takes part as a sponsor, and its founder speaks publicly about the business, its journey and its ambition to business leaders, investors, students and media. Each day lasts five hours, including a break.

Participation goes beyond the talk: every company attends with its team, its booth and its marketing materials, making the event a direct opportunity to showcase, close deals and meet the media.

Organised by F-ounder, with a host partner to be announced. The proposed venue is The Ritz-Carlton, Amman; it is not confirmed, and confirmation is expected soon. The project will be launched by a distinguished Jordanian figure, whose name will be announced.

  • 35 sponsor companies, each with a founder on stage
  • A booth and marketing materials for every company
  • Media meetings, interviews and structured networking
  • Tickets for attendees outside the participating companies

A Jordanian national project

The F-ounder: Jordan’s founders, speaking to the world

A Jordanian national project carrying Jordan’s message to the world through the people building its businesses. It began with an idea: bring Jordanian company case studies into a university textbook and place local experience within the global business conversation. That idea has now grown into a major public event: The F-ounder.

The project draws inspiration from His Majesty King Abdullah II’s message of support for the Jordanian market and its potential. Its ambition is to give that potential a human voice: the message of every Jordanian founder, shared with the world.

The previous publishing projects and events paved the way. This project is different: 35 founders will stand before the public and speak about their own businesses, in their own words. Documentation becomes a live encounter between founders, the market and the next generation.

A distinguished Jordanian figure will launch the project. The name will be announced; no royal attendance, patronage or endorsement is announced.

Our roots

From events to a bigger stage

F-ounder did not start from zero. It builds on four previous events that brought companies together and documented their stories, including the published editions shown below:

  • 2023, Amman: 33 companies, Jabri Halls Jordan
  • 2025, Lebanon: 20 companies
  • 2025, Amman: 15 companies, at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global
  • 2026, Amman: 10 companies, launch at Jordan Ahli Bank
  • 78 participations from 68 different companies across four events. F-ounder is the next, bigger step: a distinct public event where 35 founders speak for themselves, directly to the audience.
